Fortuna Park collects information you provide through enquiries, bookings and service records, including contact details and information about your dog, so we can assess suitability, deliver services, communicate with you, meet legal and safety obligations and manage payments. Boarding information submitted through PetManager is also handled under PetManager's privacy practices.
We use reasonable safeguards and do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, veterinary professionals, emergency contacts or authorities where reasonably necessary to provide care, process a service, protect safety or comply with law.
